SANIBOXER pumps are manufactured in mechanically polished AISI 316 L with a surface finish of less than < 0.8 μm.
The pumps are ideal for handling fluids in sectors such as the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Hair care industries. They are an optimal solution for the transport of liquids and fluids with a high apparent viscosity, even with suspended solids.
The pumps are equipped by default with sensors to detect diaphragm rupture to prevent contamination during transfer processes.

Optical fibre breakage sensors
Saniboxer pumps are equipped with special optical fibre sensors to detect any diaphragm damage that may cause fluid leakage.
In case of malfunction, the sensors warn the operator and automatically stop pump operation.

Quick emptying system
The Quick Emptying System of SANIBOXER pumps allows the complete emptying of the pump from the fluid present inside the suction chambers.
The operation can be carried out comfortably by hand without the use of tools or special equipment. The pump will be free of internal impurities and ready to be washed and sanitized.
Eccentric ball valves
SANIBOXER pumps can be equipped with eccentric-design fluid ball valves. Their unique shape differs from normal ball valves and allows for the movement of fluids containing large suspended solids.
The eccentric valve body shape prevents the ball from locking during pumping operations. Balls are available in both AISI 316 and PTFE.
