Aisiboxer 03-DBE

AISIBOXER 03-DBE is the new evolution of the Aisiboxer line of air-operated double diaphragm volumetric pumps.

DBE stands for Driven By Experience: every design choice comes from years of hygienic applications in the field and from extensive testing by our technical department.

Made of mechanically polished AISI 316L with a surface finish below 0.8 μm, the 03-DBE is designed for high-viscosity fluids and fluids containing suspended solids in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and hair care industries.

Its greatest strength is suction: up to 5.5 m dry and 9.5 m with primed pump, together with a flow rate of up to 400 l/min and the ability to handle solids up to 30 mm.

5.5 m
DRY SUCTION

With up to 5.5 m dry suction and 9.5 m with primed pump, it lifts the product from tanks, drums and containers below the pump, even with viscous fluids. Start-up is easier and the pump can be installed more freely on any line.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Designed for hygiene and continuity

The 03-DBE combines a one-piece moulded central block, a patented coaxial anti-stall air exchanger and special diaphragms with an anti-deposit surface. Eccentric ball valves prevent the balls from locking, and check valves handle solids up to 30 mm. Rotating connections make installation easier.
